Write rather than call
A written enquiry gets read and answered faster than a call, and a question about a charter is a question with dates, a group size and a budget in it. Those are hard to take down over the phone and easy to answer from a form.
What this form is for
Corrections
A rate, a fee, a berth count or a licence position that is wrong or has moved. Name the page and the figure, and the source if you have one.
Operators
If you work in this market and your profile is out of date, say which figure and what it should be. Profiles are not rewritten to be more flattering, but the facts in them are corrected.

There is no telephone advice
A number is published in the legal notice because the law requires a means of direct contact. It is not advertised and there is no phone advice on any subject: an AI avatar of Ramon W. Tissler answers, takes general enquiries and passes urgent matters on like an assistant. Anything specific belongs in this form.
What you write here is transmitted so that it can be answered and kept for as long as the enquiry requires. The recipient address is resolved on the server and never appears in this page. Full detail in the privacy policy.
One thing this form cannot do
It cannot book you a yacht. This site compares the market and earns a commission when a visitor books through a partner platform; it is not a charter broker and it does not hold availability. Every operator profile carries a link straight to that operator, and the ones we earn nothing from are linked the same way as the ones we do.
If you are choosing between quotes, the two pages that will help more than an email are the cost calculator, which turns an advertised rate into the figure that actually leaves your account, and the five licence questions, which take about a minute to send to an operator and tell you a great deal about the answer you get back.
