About that telephone number
The number is published because section 5 DDG requires a means of direct contact. It is not advertised anywhere on this site and there is no telephone advice on any subject. An AI avatar of Ramon Tissler answers, takes general enquiries, gives general information and passes urgent matters on like an assistant. That is all it does.
The route we do advertise is the contact form. Written enquiries get read faster and answered faster than calls, and a charter question with dates, a group size and a budget in it is a question that can actually be answered.
